some trackpants / mesh fabric / a scissor / washable fabric glue / measuring tape
1. Measure out the mesh fabric you want to place on the pants
2. Put some glue on the mesh fabric
3. Put the mesh piece on the pants and fix it with a steam iron
DONE!
