A few moons back I was traveling USA in an old ’65 Mustang GT and stayed at Amangiri, one of three Aman hotels I’ve stayed in this year (Aman Tokyo and Aman Venice were the others) and this one is in the middle of Utah’s beautiful desert near the Grand Canyon.
Day trips to landmarks like Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon or Monument Valley are a must as well as the delicious food at the hotel. Not to mention the hotel concept is the perfect merging of land, nature, culture and architecture. Will come back for sure!

Spent some quality time together with my mama on the island Rhodes at Casa Cook Rhodes the last week, and it was all about yoga, good food and relaxing (and 275976 interior shots) …
